School bus
The Asian International School provides students with school bus service from Monday to Friday according to the school's schedule.
In the academic year 2022 - 2023, about 1500 students from districts in HCM City and neighboring provinces use the school bus service. The increase in the number of modern buses every year satisfies students' parents. Going to school by bus takes about 45 minutes. However, it takes students living in suburbs such as District 12 and Hoc Mon District more time. Fees for school bus are different according to distances from students' houses to the school.
There is a caregiver on duty on every bus to and from school.

Notes
- The school bus fees do not include arising toll fees. The school buses are curently available from Monday through Saturday. The school will arrange the bus for students on the 1st and the 16th day of each month. Students who want to use the bus service on the 1st day of the month must pay the school bus fee before the 23rd day of the previous month; and students who want to use the school bus service on the 16th of the month must pay the fee before the 9th day of the that month.
- The school bus fees must be paid for a full month on the first day of each month but not later than 05 days. If the students have already used the school bus service on any day of a month, the school bus fee must be paid for the full month; those fees will not be refunded.
- A 10% discount will be given on fees for tuition, food service and school bus, paid for at least 10 months at once on the first day of the first month.
- If fees for tuition, food service and school bus are paid for 5 - 9 months at once on the first day of the first month, a 5% discount will be given on total fees.
- In the case where parents would like to change the school bus service from a 2-way journey to a 1-way journey or vice versa, the parents must submit a written request to the school one week in advance; and to cancel the service for the next month, the parents must submit a written request to the school before the 1st day of that month (except Saturday and Sunday). The school will then adjust the school bus fee for the next month as well as the current month. If the adjusted fee is lower than the previous one, the school will not refund; and if the adjusted fee is higher than the previous one, parents must pay for the extra.
- Students with two or more siblings who are at the same address and are studying in The Asian International School (not the same IPS & AHS) will receive 5% discount on school bus fee per month for each student.
Students with two or more siblings who are at the same address and are studying in The Asian International School (IPS & AHS)will receive 2.5% discount on school bus fee per month for each student.
Note: The school bus fee discount is applied for school bus fees only, not including the fees for tuition, meals, and other services (if any).
