The Steering Committee arranged the special areas for each game. Assembling game attracted the most competitors and took a big area at the Toy Festival. There were a lot of original models: the ship, the railway, swimming pool, planes etc. In this game, students had time to complete their models. The winner would be a group or a person who has finished their model fastest and most beautifully. Students can develop their creativity and cleverness; especially, they can learn how to work, unite, co-ordinate between members in a group.

Creativity and Art Contest including painting statues, making sand pictures and designing toys with recycled materials attracted a lot of students. With clever hands and carefulness, competitors created various, colorful and artistic products. When they were finished, the representative of each team presented their products to the judges. The presentation helps students to practice presenting their ideas confidently in both English and Vietnamese.

The car-racing contest was most interesting because it required students’ skills of controlling cars to run on the obstacles and get to the finish line very fast. With the enthusiastic support of teachers and many friends, the little racers showed their great ability through attractive and spectacular performances which created an exciting atmosphere of the meaningful Toy Festival at the Asian International School.
The car race is one of the favorite games in Toy Festival.

The Toy Festival held by The Asian International School encourages students to express their talents in any games they like. This is not only an attractive and interesting playground as they have a good time with their friends and teachers, communicate with students from other campuses, but also an opportunity for students to show their creativity and get more soft skills. Through this activity, students learn more about the origin, usage and maintenance of their favorite toys, develop the friendship, get along well with each other, and love the school more.
