In the school year 2021-2022, Counselor Department at six campuses of IPS organized 4th and 5th Graders’ Anti-Bullying Seminars on May 16th to June 10th 2022.
The school’s program and extra-curriculum always balance knowledge and skills with well-being development. The safe learning environment supports students to control emotions and adjust behaviors, nurtures friendship and educates love.
Therefore, anti-bullying education, especially at young ages, is essential and important. As a sequence, the Asian International School, Primary level, organized Anti-Bullying Seminars to provide students with skills to recognize and respond to bullying.
The seminar happens in an atmosphere of openness and friendliness.
The school’s psychologist gives examples of some situations they may see. The atmosphere of goodwill with many interactive activities not only allowed the children to express their ideas but also encouraged them to ask many questions to understand the situations.

Students express their views on this issue.
The seminar has helped students understand bullying definition and its consequences, as well as find the best solutions to prevent and protect themselves and others. The practical and meaningful knowledge will improve their awareness, gain more life skills and learn how to prevent bullying in the school environment.
After discussing, every student can suggest ways to cope with school violence issues and protect themselves and others.
At the Asian International School, with the slogan "Vietnam's spirit, global education", students are fully equipped with a diverse knowledge foundation and life skills and are educated on how to behave in the community, especially towards family members, teachers, and friends.
