Before enrolling your child(ren) at The Asian International School, parents must read, understand and agree to abide by the following Enrollment Regulations:
1. Students must provide all necessary documents that are valid in accordance with the regulations of the Department of Education & Training and the School. Upon enrollment, parents must provide comprehensive information about the student, including, but not limited to, academic and conduct records. All documents must be submitted within one week from the date of application filing. The School will not accept any late submissions. Only parents or a proxy (with a valid written authorization) has the right to take actions on the student’s behalf, including enrollment, withdrawal of school records and correspondence with the School regarding student affairs.
2. Parents should facilitate their child(ren)’s learning and other activities in line with the instructional style of The Asian International School.
Parents should cooperate with the School and students in complying with security rules to ensure safety for students on campus.
Parents should respect and not intervene in the School's pedagogical decisions and staff allocations.
3. The Asian International School reserves the right to use photographs of its former and current students for educational and developmental purposes without incurring any expenses.
4. Parents will work with students to comply with all principles, rules and regulations, as well as professional requirements of the teachers, the School and the education sector. Parents will cooperate with the School in ensuring their child(ren)'s learning and conduct training as required.
5. Before enrolling their child(ren), parents should carefully read and understand the curricula and all items in the Tuition & Fees Schedule and Discount Policy, as well as visiting the School to observe the infrastructure, facilities and services.
6. Tuition will apply from the date of official enrollment to the last day of the academic year in accordance with the regulations of Department of Education & Training and the School.
7. Tuition, meal, and school bus fees must be paid for a full month and submitted before the end of the 5th day of the payable month. If the students have already attended classes and used the school bus service on any day in a month, the tuition and school bus fees of that month must be paid in full and will not be refunded.
For any changes to the school bus service, parents must: submit a written request to the School one week in advance should they opt for a one-way commute instead of a two-way one or vice versa; submit a written request to the School before the first day of the month should they wish to cancel school bus service for that month (excluding off days and holidays). The written request will be the basis for any adjustments to the school bus fee for the current and following month. If the adjusted fee is lower than the submitted payment, no refund will be issued; if the adjusted fee is higher than the submitted payment, parents are required to pay the extra difference.
Failure to settle any item in the Tuition & Fees Schedule will result in the student being barred from studying and enjoying school services from the following month.
8. Tuition may increase every year. The increase rate is specified in accordance with economic fluctuations, government policies and the School's investment in development.
9. Meal and school bus fees may be subject to change and will be notified by the School before being officially applied. If the adjusted fees are higher than the submitted payment, parents are required to pay the extra difference.
10. The costs of textbooks and school uniforms may be subject to change in accordance with market conditions. These payments will not be refunded or transferred in any cases.
11. The refund of tuition, meal and school bus fees (for refundable monthly payment or multi-month payment) will be as follows:
* For students who have not started classes:
▪ Tuition fee, meal fee, school bus fee of the first month:
- 75% of the total payment will be refunded if the parents submit a withdrawal application and a written request for refund before the first school day/the first day using the school bus service in the first month (including off days and holidays).
- 50% of the total payment will be refunded if the parents submit a withdrawal application and a written request for refund within the first 10 days of the first month starting school/using the school bus (including off days and holidays).
- The payment(s) will not be refunded should the withdrawal application and the written request for refund be submitted on or later than the 11th day of the first month starting school/using the school bus (including off days and holidays).
▪ The tuition, meal, and school bus fees paid in advance for the following months will be refunded in full.
* For students who have already attended classes and used meal and school bus services: Parents must submit a withdrawal application and a written request for refund not later than the last day of the month when the students stop classes and stop using school services (excluding off days and holidays):
- Meal fee for the days the students do not use meal service will be refunded in full.
- Tuition and school bus fees of the current month will not be refunded. Advance payments for tuition and school bus fees of the following months will be refunded in full.
Note: The refund will be based on the date of receiving the withdrawal application and written request for refund.
12. Non-refundable tuition paid at a discount will not be refunded/transferred/converted in any cases.
13. Tuition will not be deducted for absence with/without leaves, holidays, off days due to natural disasters, epidemics, accidents, wars, etc.
14. The meal and school bus fees for holidays according to the School's calendar will be refunded in full at the end of the academic year, based on the daily rate of the meal and school bus fees.
15. The meal fee for students' absent days will only be deducted and refunded at the end of the academic year if parents submit the leave of absence one day in advance, specifically:

16. For non-official students, tuition will not be charged during the periods of exam review and end-of-semester exams for the Vietnamese Program (excluding holidays, natural disasters, epidemics, accidents, wars, etc.)
17. To ensure safety for students who are not registered for on-campus meal service, only parents or a proxy (with a valid written authorization) can take the students home for lunch. The parent or authorized relative must comply with school regulations regarding the pick-up time and other related issues.
18. Parents must not let their child(ren) bring outside food to campus so that the School can ensure meal quality and food safety on campus.
19. Parents must provide accurate information about student health and inform the School promptly should there be any changes to their health. In cases of medical emergency, The Asian International School reserves the right to seek medical care and treatment as necessary for students, even when the School cannot contact the parents.
20. The Asian International School will not be responsible for any harms to the student(s) beyond the reasonable duty and care of the teachers or harms related to sports, cultural, social and artistic activities. The School will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to student personal belongings.
21. Any conflict of interest pertaining to student care and/or custody is beyond the School's responsibility. It is the parents’ duty to seek resolutions without interfering in the students’ education and activities at school.
22. Enrollment Regulations are updated annually and will be signed by parents every year.
The School will only respond to parents' constructive feedback via the suggestion book in the School office.
Parents must read and clearly understand the Enrollment Regulations, sign and write full name.
